ABOUT THE FOUNDER
From Silence to Structure.
I have always been pulled toward stories. As a child, words came easily – until I was told my voice was too much. That early silencing did not end my curiosity. It redirected it.
I turned inward – into books, deep listening, and observation. What felt like a loss of voice became a gain in depth. Without realising it, I was being trained to see the patterns, gaps, and unspoken struggles that hold intelligent people back – not because they lack ideas, but because they lack the narrative framework to give those ideas power.
That journey is why I built The Afro Tales Academy.
I do not just teach storytelling. I help organisations retrieve the stories already embedded in their procedures, their culture, and their people – and transform them into training experiences that stick, inspire, and drive real change.
This is not about saying more. It is about saying what matters, in a way that is never forgotten.
